The new owner envisioned a complete transformation—one that would infuse the home with a relaxed, coastal spirit. Together with their designer, they set out to create a space that felt distinctly Florida: beachy, casual, and effortlessly comfortable.

This wasn’t just a refresh—it was a full interior remodel. Every wall was re-skimmed for a clean, seamless finish. We replaced every light fixture to bring warmth and softness into the home. All the woodwork was reimagined to reflect a more organic, coastal sensibility.

One of the biggest statements came underfoot: we replaced the formal, honed marble floors with wide-plank, distressed white oak—adding instant character and an inviting, barefoot-friendly feel throughout.

As with any transformation of this scale, there were challenges—some of which came with a “that can’t be done” disclaimer. Those are the ones we love most. Because for us, the real joy lies in finding a way—and exceeding what’s expected.
